You will be expected to be able to show knowledge of and experience in the following
Generalist HR Management, Employment Law, Recruitment and Talent Management, Inductions, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits
You will:
Be Commercial, a Strong HR Generalist, have a background in a medium sized enterprise and be Adept at supporting the Recruitment and Talent of a growing business. A knowledge of the Tech sector would be an Advantage.

The company is a Technology Consultancy operating throughout the world. It supports a fast-paced environment and seeks to develop its own personnel before looking to recruit from outside. The Company has a programme of in-house learning and Development which it would like to grow.
Salary & Benefits
The starting salary would be commensurate with a role of this type and although dependent on experience is likely to be in the region of £60,000 to £65,000 per annum. The company offers a benefits package which will be discussed at interview and confirmed with the successful candidate.
